Bigger and better than last year, Peppermint Parkway is a one-mile drive-thru experience where friends and family can throw on their comfy pajamas, pile in the car, and experience a magical adventure! Guests can even purchase a lap around the race track! You’re invited to be part of this fun, socially distanced holiday event offering millions of holiday lights, COTA-karting, a zip-line, train and amusement park rides, and so much more. EVENT DETAILS As a Peppermint Parkway “Elf”, you will be stationed in the sparkling entrance tent, welcoming guests every night from 6 PM – 10 PM! Job duties include scanning tickets, scanning card payments, handing maps and pre-packaged concessions to guests in their cars, and most importantly presenting a warm, high-energy, “holly jolly” welcome to Austin families! You will be integral to creating the Peppermint Parkway Guest Experience. Dress code is dark blue jeans and tennis shoes – a souvenir shirt will be provided for you to keep! Pay is $16+ per hour with additional perks such as snacks, dinner, and other surprises throughout the event. Should you choose to work on 12/25, you will be paid time and a half! Shifts will be 6 PM – 10 PM each day. You should be comfortable standing and walking for the majority of your shift while stationed outdoors in a covered and enclosed area. This event runs from Friday, November 26 THROUGH Sunday, December 26! Applicants must be available to work at least 10 days for the duration of the project. Available to work at Peppermint Parkway?
