I’m a realtor. I have a client ( single woman nurse in her 60s) who is selling a townhome where she’s lived for 18 years. We need it 100% painted-(cheapest paint ok) walls, trim, doors and ceiling. All white but in appropriate sheens (eggshell for walls, flat for ceiling, semi-gloss for trim) there are a few doorways that need repair from little dogs scratching to get in or out of rooms. One wall hole (thumb size) and one TV mount repair (not deep). I want you to handle procuring materials, and paint all of it for your price and take it all away when you’re finished. If you can do a good job for less money than current full-retail painting companies and still feel good about it, please contact me. I know I’m asking a lot. Thanks.
