Needing help getting my car off Bluegrass parkway

I need some help I am a single father of 3 girls. My car is currently broke down on bluegrass parkway about 1 mile from the willisburg exit. It needs a new serpentine belt. I have the serpentine belt but I need help getting my car back to my apartment i so not have the money for a tow truck. My finances are super tight. I couldn't afford nothing right now. Does anyone have a trailer big enough to haul a small car that will bring it to my apartment so I can fix it. Any help would be great and appreciated. Thank you
