Small family-owned property management operation seeks a part- or full-time maintenance worker with: *Interior painting experience *Vehicle and tools What the job is: *Assist in completing residential unit remodels *Heavy lifting to assist installing appliances and remove trash *Maintain 7 residential buildings in the Logan Square area, includes travel between buildings *Respond to tenant needs *Assist with minor plumbing and repair projects *Turn over vacated units for new move-ins, including drywall patching, painting, and cleaning Qualities you should have: *Be self-motivated to complete jobs on time *Be attentive to details and leave your job sites clean and organized *Communicate and work well with a team of experienced employees
