Very busy, small lawn and pest control company looking for a great lawn/pest control technician. This is a position working OUTSIDE all year - spraying lawns and trees and shrubs with fertilizer, insect control, fungicide, etc. We are a company that provides lawn - fertilization, broadleaf weed control, and damaging insect control. We also provide household pest control. We are not a landscaping or mowing company. We are looking for a candidate with the aptitude to work independently on a dedicated route servicing customer's lawns and shrubs. Must be self-driven, willing to learn and gain expertise as well as customer satisfaction oriented. No Sales involved at this time - only maintaining a dedicated route of happy customers! Job Requirements: * MUST have: Florida Driver's License with CLEAN driving record. * Must be comfortable working outside - in the heat of summer - and - cool of winter! * Willing to work OT as needed - plenty available! High School diploma, resident of Pinellas County, dependable and reliable transportation, and Good Attendance Good benefits, 401K, Profit Sharing, Paid Time Off accrual, bonuses available. $ hourly to be discussed in interview depending on experience.
