InvestaCal-House Buyers We are looking for a Driver to drive neighborhoods and look for UGLY HOUSES in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. Driver responsibilities include driving neighborhoods for 8 hours per day. We buy houses to fix them up and resell them, in essence, improving neighborhoods. Ultimately, you will help us increase neighborhood satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for neighborhood gentrification. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Note that you need to have a car. -Responsibilities Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip Spot ugly houses and input the address on an app we provide. No need to physically write down addresses, the apps we use allow you to simply press the property on google maps and the property info is automatically saved Must identify 75-100 ugly houses per hour. Be mindful of traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed -Skills Proven experience as a Driver A valid driver’s license Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50) Familiarity with GPS devices Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods Availability to occasionally take weekend shifts A polite and professional disposition Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour) Ability to spot ugly houses Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Salary: Up to $12.50 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Work Location: On the road
