We are a premium kitchen cabinets design firm in OC, CA. We are a team-oriented company passionate about providing excellent design and installation services. We’re looking for an experienced yet eager to learn, organized, energetic, and detailed oriented Project Coordinator / Installation Manager. The project coordinator is responsible to assist with scheduling subs, vendor management, follow up with Designers/architects, and manage client expectations. The position will work closely with Kitchen Designers, installation teams, project managers, field workers, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. You will be managing communication with multiple trades, vendors, suppliers, and coordinate any customer requests with scheduling coordination. Job Responsibilities: • Field measurements according to design plans. • Checking MEP • Coordinating and accepting cabinets deliveries to the site. • Assist project team with clerical duties • Assist owners of the company with construction administrative tasks. • Assist with customers with questions and updates • Coordinate weekly or bi-weekly schedule with all parties • Update Log • Participation in, and documentation of, project coordination meetings • Prepare project documentation (change orders, subcontracts, work orders) • Update Weekly Project Report (Friday of ea. week) The position will require: • Computer Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. • Good Communication Skills • Bilingual a plus (not required ) Languages: English, Spanish • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • 2-5 years of construction-related experience • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. • Drivers License and reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Salary: dependent upon experience (please email Resume & salary requirements)
