Property Grounds Porter Schedule: Full Time 36 hours: Monday Through Saturday. 6 hours per day. 8am-2:30pm with 30 minute Lunch or Part Time 30 hours: Monday Through Friday. 6 Hours per day. 8am-2:30pm with 30 minute Lunch Pay: $11-$14 per hour Duties: • Grounds Cleanup/Trash Pickup • Must be able to walk long distances • Must be able to lift Heavy Weight up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to operate a golf cart. • Compactor Cleanup and Process • Breezeway Maintenance • Pressure Cleaning • Trip Hazard Grinding • Effective Communicator (bi-lingual a plus) Must have reliable form of transportation.
