Pearl Harbor and Brookfield stories on the War Memorial Center Honor Roll Learn about a Milwaukee sailor who was killed at Pearl Harbor - and laid to rest at Wood National Cemetery 80 years later. Plus, find out about the Brookfield connections on the War Memorial Center's WWII Honor Roll of fallen service members. This event is free and open to the public. Registration is not required, but appreciated so we have an idea of how many to expect. Masks encouraged but not required. At the event, put your name in the helmet for a chance to win a War Memorial Center ornament! You'll have five chances to win. Any questions, contact [email protected]. The War Memorial Center honors the legacy of Wisconsin’s men and women who patriotically served in the U.S. armed forces during both war and peacetime.
