To provide an opportunity for the holistic development of collegiate women at UCF. Establis(HER) Summit will provide an environment for college women to gather information and resources in areas of self-care, personal growth, and professional development all to cultivate a community of dynamic collegiate women. The Summit focuses on three pillars: Her Success, Her Impact, and Her Self. The Establis(HER) Summit is one of a kind, and utilizes the talents and skills from women hailing from an array of academic and professional fields. Held at the University of Central Florida (UCF) on Saturday, February 5 , 2022. The full immersion Summit experience will be provide a series of workshops, panels, and a keynote speaker all aligning with the three pillars.
