Please bring your own mat, blanket, eye pillow and journal. Kingsya is a licensed massage therapist who is currently studying nutrition and health coaching at the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. Kingsya's passion for health and wellness is focused on prevention, balance, and whole health. He uses meditation and Qigong exercises to cultivate energy and access divine wisdom for guidance and clarity for his life's purpose to serve, grow and be happy. Joy is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of a family-founded CBD company and a Sound and Reiki Practitioner in Fort Collins. She loves spending time outdoors, reading, and with her family.
