General laborers, Concrete Carpenters, Masons helpers. We have positions open for Full and Part time. We have work available in Manhattan & The Bronx. DRIVERS LICENSE A PLUS* OSHA 30 Hour REQUIRED SST 10 Card REQUIRED 4 hour scaffolding card a plus. - Dependable: be on time and available for work - Self-motivated, organized, hard working, and ethical -Good manners; respect for yourself and those around you is a must - Aptitude for construction industry and a willingness to learn - Able to accept responsibility for outcomes and listen to constructive criticism - Must be able to work in all weather conditions and lift a minimum of 90 lbs. - Understand the proper use of tools and equipment; possess basic carpentry tools, i.e., Belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30' measuring tape, gloves, Work Boots - Knowledge of safety and health procedures. On going safety training will be provided. Duties include but are not limited to: - Digging - Heavy lifting - Demolition - Construction cleanup - Property protection - Unloading materials - Preparing the work site - Fabricate Wood Forms and Panels Please attach your resume in.pdf format.
