CAR WASH ASSISTANT MANAGER $60,000.00/yr (based on a 50-hour work week) $ 90,000 First Year Target Total Compensation with Bonus (based on 12 months employment) Assistance with Health Benefits- Generous PTO- Free Car Washes and More! We are searching for a motivated individual to develop their leadership potential with a fast-growing company that prides itself on promoting our leaders from within. Our Assistant Manager will work under the direction of their General Manager and hands-on alongside our tenured team to conduct business in an efficient and profitable manner in a fun, interactive atmosphere. You will be thoroughly trained on all aspects of our business including: utilizing our industry leading technology and equipment. You will lead and train by example and promote our vision to provide fun, memorable experiences for our customers. An ideal candidate will have a strong desire to progress efficiently through our training program and be prepared to step confidently into a General Manager role. Successful Assistant Managers love working outdoors and are not be afraid of occasionally getting dirty to get the job done! Mechanical aptitude helpful. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage CSAs Manage Unlimited Wash Pass accounts Submit payroll- Approve and record wage changes Disciplinary action as required Interviewing, hiring, terminations and onboarding Create and manage schedules (e.g. Site, Training, Courses, etc.) Achieve desired labor results Manage documents and Maintenance Book Repairs completed by next business day Retain Employee files/Perform 90 day/annual reviews Inventory Cash management of POS and safe Train & Coaching Resolve incident reports Monthly, Maintenance and Manager Meetings SKILLS REQUIRED Mechanical Aptitude Managerial Experience Leadership Qualities Desire to Learn Desire to Solve Problems Desire to Consistently Improve APPLY HERE -
