I have a practice space available for a share in East Williamsburg near the Maujer/Morgan Street intersection. Its generally big enough for a 3 person band max unless you want to get really tight with 4 people. Theres a great PA, Guitar amp and bass amp in the room that would be available for you to use. Theres also a Mapex pro drum set that is a great quality set but admittedly hadn't seen action for a while so the heads are probable dead and I have no idea how to tune them. I would ask that you use your own cymbals on the set though but I also have some Sabian B8s that would get the job done if thats not possible. I just painted the room and it has cool light strips and some soundproofing too. It's in a building full of practice spaces. Other than that the room is good for anyone to just come in with their guitars and cables and jam. $220/month gets you keys and access to the shared calendar where you can book yourself for any available time. Its just my band and another band with some dudes I know at the moment and this third solo/group I am looking for would be the last on the share. In general Tuesdays and Wednesday nights are what are booked right now and occasionally I might book some solo time. If you're interested hit me with any questions and it would be great to hear about what you want to use the room for and in general what times you were thinking. If you're a solo musician looking to only use it for only one slot per week I can potentially be flexible on the price.
