DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, experienced house cleaner to take care of our Airbnbs in Revere (2 units) and Somerville (1 unit). Candidates must have a flexible schedule to accommodate same-day turnovers and reliable transportation, which is needed to travel between houses. While some basic cleaning supplies may be provided, the ideal candidate will provide his/her own supplies, including but not limited to: vacuum, mop, multipurpose cleaner, disinfectant, etc. Your duties may differ slightly based on the property, but you should be able to thoroughly clean floors, dust surfaces, empty trash cans, scrub toilets, and change out linens. We like to wow our guests with our attention to detail, so the more experience you have, the better! We charge a flat fee per cleaning depending on the property ($75-$95), but cleaning typically takes 2 hours or less which equals about $50/hour! RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards - Empty and take out trash and recycling - Wash and fold laundry / Change linens and towels - Notify superiors of any damages, deficits or disturbances - Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate REQUIREMENTS: - Prior cleaning experience, experience with short-term rentals strongly preferred - Flexible schedule - need to be able to accommodate same-day turnovers and last-minute bookings - Ability to provide their own cleaning supplies preferred - Reliable transportation - Smart phone - Good communication skills - Positive, proactive attitude - 2+ references
