I'm a GC in Charlotte that performs rehabs and turns on residential properties. Currently looking for people who have experience in general residential construction, to include drywall repairs, light plumbing and electrical, paint, appliance installation, carpentry, and landscaping work. You will be given a scope of work and timeline, and the rest is up to you. Will need to have basic tools and good attention to detail. If you are highly capable of completing tasks right the first time with minimal supervision, I can keep you busy for a while. Teams are ok as long as you're productive. Please email or text me with your abilities and experience, as well as pay rate per hour. I am not able to take calls during the day, because, well, I'm a busy guy. Calls after 6 are fine. Otherwise please email or text. I am willing to discuss sub opportunities, as long as you have insurance and all tools necessary to perform the entire job or willing to obtain necessary tools. This is high paced work with lots of volume. If you have a great work ethic and get things done right with minimal punch, I can keep you busy for a long time. If you need to get stoned or high during lunch, we aren't gonna work out.
