Looking for someone who has a commercial grade pressure washer, with surface cleaner, a tall ladder, and a truck who can pressure wash the houses I work on around Charlotte. Some houses will have gutters that need to be cleaned out, and other basic yard work, such as putting down mulch, trimming trees and bushes, etc. Please send email or text text if you are capable and interested. 3 or 4 houses per week but likely much more in volume in the immediate future. Each house will pay between $200-$400. This is piece rate work and you will be responsible for all material pickup and equipment.
