If you are looking for a job and have your resume posted and somebody is very pushy about having you start the next day, don't fall for it. He has people come to work for him, claims it's a w-2 job, has them do all the vigorous labor while he sits there and uses a saw, then he doesn't have you do any paperwork and he doesn't pay you. He doesn't even have his own business. He's just a jockey underneath another business. He also is very aggressive and brags about trying to drown someone all because they quit on him.
