Full Job Description:
Shop Cleaner/Janitor
Are you committed to providing the highest levels of quality service? If so, Bigg Boy Auto & Marine wants you! The Shop Cleaner/Janitor performs a range of duties to keep our business clean, such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming. They’re also responsible for performing routine inspections to check that spaces like restrooms are always sanitary.
Cleaners are also responsible for:
- Cleaning automotive spills and other messes up as quickly as possible.
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g. maintaining cleaning machinery).
- Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels
- Letting Admin now when supplies need to be ordered. Proactive in order to reduce any downtime.
- Washing shop vehicles occasionally.
- Ensuring the office and lobby stays clean and presentable. Lobby window cleaning.
- Daily trash removal. Keep parking lot clean and free of trash.
- Various other related activities.
Hourly Range: $9-12/hr
A great work environment!
Shop Cleaner/Janitor requirements:
Valid driver's license
Cleaning experience a plus
Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 10+ a plus
