All Aboard! To PINfinite Possibilities ABOUT THE TOUR Come to the Real Estate Bus Tour and experience how to find properties in style! You'll get to tour several exclusive properties available only to the PIN Network and gain valuable insight into the investment process. Each tour begins with breakfast and networking followed by some words from our strategic partners. We then board the tour bus and travel to a Houston submarket that PIN has identified as “hot.” We typically visit a few properties already owned by PIN members where they give their experience, go over the numbers of the deal, and answer any questions from the group. After visiting a few properties, we return back to our starting point where lunch is provided and we discuss the visited properties. After lunch, PIN members are given exclusive access to real estate investment opportunities while the non-members will be given an opportunity to further discuss the PIN Network. ABOUT THE TICKETSPIN is actively striving for a healthier and stronger Houston for years to come. This is a donation-based event where all ticket proceeds from the tour will be donated to Plant It Forward and PIN will match the final donation amount.
