The style of yoga is a combination of Hatha and Yin. We will practice Hatha flow for the first part of the class and then transition into Yin for deep relaxation.
I fell in love with this combination as it creates balance to both sides of our being, the yin (surrender) and yang (action).
Please bring your own yoga mat, and/or props such as a blanket or block.
This is a wonderful opportunity for self-care and to attend to our physical, mental, and emotional health and vibrancy.
