Brett Butler, Owner of Alcomy Mobile Mixology, will teach you the art and science of creating amazing "farm-to-glass" craft cocktails and the history behind some of these classic drinks. Students will have a unique, immersive opportunity to create and enjoy three delicious drinks, and also receive a gift bag with bar swag, drink recipe cards, mixing tools and sample bottle of Alcomy Elixirs. Adventure out to West Clay and "mix it up" with us for this festive Christmas celebration! Cocktails we'll be making: 1. "Holly Berry," a luscious Merry martini with Vodka, fresh cranberry, mandarin, vanilla, lemon, rosemary and allspice. 2. Smoked Maple Old Fashioned, with Bourbon, Vanilla, Maple, Cinnamon, Mulling Spices and Aromatic and Orange Bitters. 3.. White Chocolate Peppermint Patty, a decadent delicious celebration of all things Christmas. ** There will be light refreshments available before the class, but if you would like something more substantial, we ask that you arrive at least an hour early to order from Danny Boy's delicious food menu, or wait until the end of class to do so. There will be NO FOOD SERVICE in the upstairs bar where the class will take place, or during the class, so please plan accordingly. Thank you! A Purdue graduate, Brett has studied and worked in New York City and Los Angeles as a writer, actor and mixologist.  After 10 years in L.A., and a brief apprenticeship with famed "cocktail chef" and "Eat Your Drink" author Matthew Biancaniello, he recently moved back to Indy to start his mobile mixology business Alcomy. Each event combines the science of liquid gastronomy with the creative expression of art to celebrate and elevate the human experience.
