Today, it seems that everywhere we go there’s another coach, trainer, Facebook group, seminar, or self-proclaimed expert promoting a “Big Idea” to help us increase sales. I can’t even imagine how to make sense of all this noise that newer agents receive. In the past 12 months, I’ve successfully sold 89 homes right here in North Texas. Best of all, I have learned to prioritize my time. I work predictable hours. I know where my next listing or buyer is coming from, and thanks to solid lead generating systems and focused lead conversion skills and training our revenue has grown over 300%. It’s been a long road trying to figure all this out. The ups and downs of inconsistent commission income would keep me up at 3am. I would stay up late watching YouTube videos, reading books, and ultimately piece together a “plan” to find folks who wanted to sell their home, and then get it sold – all while trying to save money for me and my family after paying endless bills to do it.
