Work Hard, Play Hard is our motto! The Grounds Guys of Bozeman is actively seeking a high-energy snow plow operator with a passion for customer service. $1000 bonus after 3 months of full time work. This is an on-call position for the entirety of the winter season. During the winter, we expect that you are available to work during every snow fall. Once the winter season is over, all employees interested in full-time year-round work are invited to transition into either our Landscape Install or our Landscape Maintenance teams. We are actively recruiting for a motivated Landscape Foreman, as well. We expect all applicants to be proactive leaders and self-starters who can interact with the public and our other employees. You must have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Snow plowing is an on-call position, lasting for the entirety of the winter. When snow removal hours are not available, we are often able to offer in-shop hours doing basic maintenance on our equipment and working on shop projects Job Requirements: Current and unrestricted Driver's license Two years experience in this or a related field is required Attention to detail, you are responsible for job quality Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime Experience plowing with a V-Plow, straight blade, or box plow. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature. Preferred, but not required: Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to skid steer, truck/trailer, excavator, dingo, Experience with installing and maintaining irrigation systems (residential and commercial) This is a job that at the end of the day you can look at what you've accomplished and feel proud in your work.
