Description

Create new holiday traditions by learning how to decorate a couple of classic sweet treats! You will learn how to fill, roll and decorate a buche de noel (a traditional holiday cake served in Europe, made with vanilla sponge cake and frosted with swiss meringue buttercream). The class concludes with learning royal icing techniques for 6 gingerbread cookies in assorted holiday shapes. Impress your friends and family with your new decorating skills this holiday season!
