Now boarding the Jolly Trolley holiday experience featuring Santa at Westfield Old Orchard with a safe and festive photo experience SANTA’S TROLLEY Hi, kids! Santa is getting ready to deliver gifts around the world in his Magic Trolley, and he needs YOUR help to make sure the Trolley can fly. To join in the fun, purchase a ticket and then check in at the Ticket Booth at Westfield OId Orchard. You’ll receive a fun checklist to inspect the Trolley for Santa. When you’re finished, show Santa your checklist to get a thank you for your hard work! Your reservation includes: • Private access onto Santa’s Trolley for up to 5 guests, including children • Multiple self-serve photo moments, including photos with Santa • Trolley Checklist signed by Santa • Total experience time is approximately 5-8 minutes, not including wait times in line • Exclusive offers from participating stores (full list coming soon!) *NOTE: THIS EXPERIENCE INCLUDES SELF-SERVE PHOTO AND VIDEO MOMENTS ONLY (NO PHOTOGRAPHER IS PRESENT, AND NO PHOTO PRINTING IS AVAILABLE). GUESTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO TAKE THEIR OWN PHOTOS AND VIDEOS WITH CELL PHONES OR CAMERAS. Location: Westfield Old Orchard. Dec 24th (closed Monday's, Tuesday's, and Wednesday's, excluding special dates) Times • Thursday - Friday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm • Saturday - Sunday: 12:00pm - 4:00pm Note: Santa Breaks for 30 minutes at 6:00pm on Thursday/ Fridays and, 2:00pm on Saturday/ Sundays Ticketing: • $30 per reservation, for up to 5 guests including children • For parties of 6 or more, please purchase 2 reservations within the same 30-minute timeframe IMPORTANT: Reservations are made in 30-minute timeframes. A total of 6 reservations are available during each 30-minute time frame. Please check-in for your appointment 10 minutes prior to your booking time to ensure timely appointments. What To Expect During Your Visit to Santa’s Trolley • Children will not be allowed to sit on Santa’s lap however you will have the choice of sitting next to Santa or standing 6' away. Santa's helper will ask for your preference. • All ticketed attendees must wear masks when they enter the Trolley. You may take your mask off when you take your photo with Santa. All Westfield staff are required to wear masks to ensure your safety. Santa's helper will ask if you would like Santa to wear a mask or not. • Reservations are limited to up to 5 guests MAXIMUM per party. This includes children of any age. • Hand sanitizing stations will be available at check-in for guests to use. • While we are a pet-friendly destination, no animals will be allowed into the Trolley. • No professional photography equipment allowed including camera stands or lighting equipment • Signage reminding shoppers and employees of safety precautions recommended by the CDC is posted throughout the center.
