Mickey Farrell Mickey Farrell is a third-generation firefighter with 26 years in the fire service. The past twenty of those years spent with the New York City Fire Department. Also, a national certified fire instructor at the New York City Fire Academy where he specializes in firefighter survival and fire ground mindset. As well as, the founder of Top Floor Tactics, where he combines his passion for the job with real-life experience.
