Work Hours: 20-32 hours per week (flexible), may include weekend hours. Make your own schedule!
Duties: The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Client rooms: Dust, mop, disinfect all areas, change linens
Laundry: Wash, dry, and put away all laundry
Common areas (including office and kitchen areas): Dust, mop, and disinfect all areas, as requested. Clean kitchen appliances and cabinets—following all Company procedures. Care for house plants.
Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect all areas of the bathroom
Maintain inventory of maintenance housekeeping supplies.
Remove and dispose of all garbage and recycling
Pets: When applicable, duties may include: pet grooming, feeding, exercising, walking, playing, and cleaning up after pets
Exterior: Maintain exterior orderly and clean, including patio, parking lot and all applicable areas. Responsible for seasonal duties including timely snow removal and landscaping of home.
Report all safety hazards as necessary
Perform Minor repairs including painting and touch ups
Maintain safety and infection control practices
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
1. Must complete and pass background check.
2. Ability to communicate effectively
3. Reliable transportation
Preferred:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in housekeeping
Additional:
1. Ability to work independently.
