We'll cover various home buying topics in clear, easy to understand terms that will make you more confident in purchasing your own home! Hello! We're looking forward to meeting you with you! Please arrive a bit early(*and bring an "accountability buddy" with you) and get yourself a coffee, tea, beer or wine at Stoble Coffee, first! You'll then head downstairs to Stoble Workspace's "Classroom" located in the lower basement level. You'll walk through Stoble Coffee through the glass Workspace doors and be directed where to go. The, please sign in and let us know who you are and how we can contact you after the seminar! *We want to be checking back with you each month and see how you're progressing toward your goal of homeownership!* After a brief introduction, each speaker will give a 15-20 minute talk about their specific "role" in the home-buying process. We will demonstrate a few of our talking points and not only show you how to buy your home, but why buying is such an important investment! Afterwards there will be a Q&A with our hosts and we'll get your specific questions answered. If we run out of time we'll definitely be following up with all our attendees to further answer any other questions and be your reference point to guide you along in your goal of home ownership! We'll also be available to set up an appointment to meet with you individually after the seminar in order to meet your specific needs and address any other questions; this is just the first step!
