Boiler not pumping water out.

Description

I just replaced a valve in furnace after draining water and refilling. But now the water is not flowing out. The outflow is just warm but the inflow is very hot near the furnace. I occassionally hear gurgling inside the furnace, but it is otherwise silent. About 30% of the furnaces in the building were working after bleeding them all yesterday. I dont think any are working now. Here is a video..
