Create botanical collage expressions of your unique stories on brightly painted canvases.
New therapeutic horticulture workshops are available! I've partnered with A Healing Place Wellness Collective @ramonaturner_ahealingplace in San Jose to offer 90 minute workshops every first Thursday of the month starting December 2nd. Each workshop will feature different horticulture-based activities and wellness goals to explore in this bright, airy and welcoming space. Let stress and anxiety leave your body, invigorate your senses with the scents, textures, and colors of plants, and enjoy 90 minutes of mindfulness that takes your thoughts wherever they need to go in a safe and supportive environment.
December's theme focuses on expressing ourselves using plants instead of words to tell our stories through vibrant collages. Stories of joy, triumph, grief, trauma, hope and anything unique to your experiences. Sharing your stories verbally with the group is optional, you do what feels best in the moment for yourself 🌿
Group sizes will be capped at 6 for now. Held indoors with lots of natural light, air purifiers, sanitizer wipes, hand sanitizer and socially distanced tabling. Masks required.
