Dry Diggings Festival 2021 ALL AGES Dry Diggings Festival 2020 The Dry Diggings Festival is a music, camping and beer festival that will take place at the El Dorado Fairgrounds at the base of the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range just 45 miles east of Sacramento and 65 miles west of South Lake Tahoe. The idea behind the event was to create a festival where we could offer people a refuge where they could enjoy camping, music and some of the finest beers in the region.
