Welcome to the 8th Annual Strength Empire SuperTotal Meet! Welcome to the 8th Annual Strength Empire SuperTotal Meet! You can compete in this unsanctioned meet (with no judges) in any or all of the 5 lifts - Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. This is really all about is coming together and have some fun with fellow lifters and supporting a charity during the holiday season. We are going to do things a little different this year. Your “entry”/donation will be $10. We won’t be having a full feast nor raffle as we have in years past this year as with my new position with the Charlotte Fire Department I haven’t been able to put in the time needed. Our plan is to host this SUPERTOTAL similar to how we do PullFest and this coming PullFest will have a little bit of a fun, new, big Twist!
