Let's Make It Happen Together has partnered with the Fayetteville Police Department, community leaders, pastors and city officials to show how we too in Cumberland County can impact our city through overcoming adversities, lack of opportunities, mental health, violence and etc. through working together using unconventional methods that would impact the minds of our youth and adults to achieve greatness!
