Come on out to grab a drink or two, make your own tie dye shit, and have a great time! Join me, Suzy of Suzy Makes Shit for an evening of tie dye, beer, and fun! You’ll bring your own items and leave with som cool as hell shit to wear! You may bring two items to class. They should be pre-washed and if dried, without use of a dryer sheet. This leaves residue on the fabric and can prevent the dye from taking to the fabric as well. They should also be primarily cotton. I know 100% cotton can be hard to find; 50 cotton/50 poly works fine. As a rule, the more cotton the better. I encourage you to think outside the "plain white tee!" You can bring sweatshirts or sweatpants, socks, canvas tote bags, undies :), tank tops, undershirts, towels, pillow cases or shams! You can also bring colors other than white; as long as it's a light color, the dye will show, so bring that pastel yellow tee and pep it up! You will NOT take home a finished product as the dye has to set on the item for at least 8 hours. You WILL take home a wrapped item and directions on how to rinse and wash it for the first time.
