Urban Tree created this crisp honey cider using the honey cultivated by our Tseltal-Maya partners at Chabtic honey in Chiapas, Mexico. The honey is cultivated on family farms alongside the shade-grown, high altitude, organic coffee - giving the honey a beautifully unique flavor. In the Tseltal language, SidraTic translates as “Our Cider.” The proceeds from all SidraTic purchases and this event will support the expansion of CEDIAC - the Center for Indigenous Development. CEDIAC houses all of the offices for social entrepreneurship, agricultural development, business and agro workshops, and serves as the center of economic development for the Tseltal cooperatives of Yomol A’tel. _______ Ticket Details: General Admission: includes event entry, food (Hors d'Oeuvres), and a SidraTic pour (or Chabtic Honey Soda for those who prefer a non-alcoholic version).
