Join us on December 12th for a high intensity workout with Burn Bootcamp! This camp (not class) is 45 minutes in length with active recovery given to guests to maximize results! Burn Boot Camp focuses on High Intensity Interval Training and Burst Training with strength days in between. Burn never repeats a protocal for the day as well as never repeats the weekly protocol. Each day is something new and each week is never the same! Included in any trial and membership, members will be able to take advantage of 15-minute focus meetings with our trainers to discuss nutrition, goals, and life in general. The more we can help them off the floor, the better we can help them on the floor!
