To rage your face off" - BJ The PartyThe Core Brewery Taproom will be hosting The 2021 Core Christmas Party on Friday, December 17th starting at 6 PM. As if partying for the holidays isn't enough to bring you out, there will be a chili cook-off contest, an ugly sweater contest, live music, and $3.50 craft beers and seltzer to send you into Christmas with nothing by tidings of comfort and joy. And it's completely FREE to attend. Join us on the Friday before Christmas for a party that you will brag to your inlaws about. Cheers! The Chili Cook-OffFor this year's Christmas Party we're taking it up a notch. Some like their chili spicy, others like it sweet. Some like it meaty, but all like it delicious. Whether it's an old family recipe, or something you whipped up one time in college and has been undefeated ever since... This contest is for you. Time to see if you really do make the best chili. Please email [email protected] to enter the contest -- we are only allowing ten contestants this year! The winner will be deiced by those attending the party via the ole paper slip in a box method, because long live democracy. These are the rules: Please make your chili at home and bring it up to the brewery by 6 PM. You must keep it warm in a crockpot or other portable heating device of your choosing. Make it spicy, make it meaty, make it how you like it. All chili recipes allowed. All meats and beans are allowed. We don't care, just make it delicious.You must make at least two gallons of chili, so everyone can try some.The Chili Cook-Off Contest winner walks away with $100 cash. The Ugly Sweater ContestWhat's a Christmas party without an intense Ugly Sweater contest? To judge the ugly sweater contest is the Core Packaging Team, and these guys are still the dumbest, funniest, and coolest idiots on the face of the planet. They'll be drunk, they'll be having a good time, and they are looking for only one thing: one ugly-ass sweater. These are the rules: You have to be wearing a sweater. Sleeves optional.If the judges can't decide, the tiebreaker is that your sweater must have a story. The best story wins.The Ugly Sweater Contest winner ALSO walks away with $100 cash. Once the main Core lot is full, please park next door at the Democrat-Gazette building. Be sure not to block any loading docks! Please Note: We are a family-friendly and dog-friendly taproom! You must be 21+ to drink. All dogs, no matter how big or small, no matter how well behaved, must be on a leash if inside the building. If your dog created problems for our staff, other customers, and other dogs, you and your dog will be asked to leave. The Core Brewing Facility is located at 2470 N Lowell Road in Springdale, and is the location of all Core sponsored events. The campus consists of 4 buildings, extending from the road to the backside of the premesis. At our plant, we have a fully functional Brewery Taproom, with 16 taps and space for family games, such as pool, ping pong, foosball, etc. On a weekly basis, we host a wide variety of food trucks and live music, so that you get the full Core experience while drinking world-class beer and sletzer.
