Always thought it would be fun to participate in an Amazing Race-type event? Here’s your chance on November 27, 2021! On "Small Business Saturday”, Errand Runners of Arkansas, L.L.C. and local businesses are hosting an Amazing Race-type fundraiser event, “Amazing Errand Runners Race” to benefit P.A.T.H. (Partners Against Trafficking Humans). 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes will be awarded along with door prizes, samples and much more! Grab your partner, raciing shoes, and fill up the tank to have some adventurous fun will supporting local small businesses AND donating to a local non-profit organization. • Race begins promptly at 10:00 am at Omnis Rehab: Joint and Performance Center, 12120 Colonel Glenn Rd., Ste. 6200, Little Rock, AR 72210. • Check-in starts at 8:30 am. - (bring any form of identification) • 2 people, age 18 and over, per team • $50 per team - signed waiver required by each racer and submitted at time of check-in. No refunds. • Registration deadline is Wednesday, November 24, 2021 by midnight. • All proceeds from the racer’s registration will be donated to P.A.T.H. Teams will be given at the beginning of the race a clue to find their first destination, also known as a "Race Stop”. Each "Race Stop” will have a task that the team must complete to the designated “official’s” satisfaction, to receive a clue for the next “Race Stop” (destination). The first team to arrive at the final destination will be awarded a grand prize. The Race Stops will highlight local small businesses in the Little Rock and North Little Rock area. This will give each team the opportunity to discover these businesses, sample their products and have fun while completing their tasks. *Please obey all traffic rules and local businesses' requirements. Errand Runners of AR, L.L.C. is not liable for any damage to property or injuries sustained during the race. Can I register at day of race? No, deadline to register is Wednesday, Nov. 24 at midnight. so that your route can be prepared for you at the day of the race. Do I need any special equipment or clothing? No, just require that you are properly clothed for the public. Do I have to be physically fit? Nope, this is not a physical challenge. How will know where each destination is? At the beginning of the race, each team will be given a clue to their first destination. At each "Race Stop", destination, they will have to complete a task that will need to meet the satisfaction of the destination's official before receiving a clue for the next destination. Why on Small Business Saturday? What better day to discover and support local small businesses that you possibly were not aware of before. Do a little Christmas shopping and meet some wonderful people all while having fun. Who is P.A.T.H.? A non-profit organization that is working hard to stop human trafficking.
