This beginner Hatha class takes place every Friday in Central Park (behind Central Market on N Lamar). Bring a mat and a towel, and join us! Capacity for this class is limited due to Covid-19. Please place your mats six feet apart and wear a mask when away from your mat. Suggested donation: $15 Your donation supports your yoga instructor and local nonprofits!
