EPA needed to work in partnership with a dynamic, on the go principal in a private home. The ideal candidate is an independent worker yet also a team player. Duties include: - Executive Admin support related to supporting the principal in board work as well as investment, estate and household matters. - Property Management (3 homes) - Personal Assistant support - Foundation administration support in partnership with back-end provider, Foundation Source Principal manages all aspects of finances, bills, taxes, estate planning, insurance, homes, kids, cars, vacations, events, etc. and serves on boards including: - President of a family foundation - Chair of a school board - Board Director on two boards - Advisory posts Job Requirements: - Experience supporting C-Level Executives - Professional experience in a private home - Fluent with Mac systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint - Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent grammar, spelling and vocabulary - Extreme attention to detail - Ability to lift boxes/items up to 40 lbs - Ability to make a long term commitment (3+ years) - California Driver License - Bachelor’s Degree highly desirable - Fully vaccinated or willing to become so - Good credit history.
