Construction Site Help Needed

We are working on a large construction project in Alameda, building out a 200 unit apartment building. I am looking for some additional help from 2-4 people around the jobsite. See the specific roles below: Jobsite Cleaner: (1) We need someone who can sweep out the units, mop the floors, reorganize building materials in the warehouse, and remove debris (up to 50lb) from the site into our trash container. General Labor: (2-3) - Operate basic power tools such as drills, saws, rotary hammers and grinders. - Typical tasks would include assistance on concrete preparation, wood deck framing, caulking, reorganizing materials in the warehouse. Experience with operating a fork lift is helpful. Finish Labor: (1-2) - Install baseboard - Install Unit accessories (grab bars, toilet paper holders, medicine cabinets, towel rings, etc. - Install appliances - Caulking -Assist with installing door frames and doors -Applicants for finish labor need to have attention to detail, as you will likely be one of the people to leave the unit so it needs to be left in pristine condition and rent ready. We take pride in running a clean and safe jobsite, messy or disorganized applicants need not apply. All applicants must be legally allowed to work in the US. Working hours are 6 - 2:30 Mon-Fri, Saturday work (overtime pay) is optional when available. We pay between $20-30hour depending on experience. This is approximately an 18 month job.
