The Sharon Fire Department is seeking candidates to establish a hiring list for Full-Time Firefighter/Paramedic positions. Must be a MA certified EMT-Paramedic or MA-EMT in a Paramedic Program, will be required to become a MA certified Paramedic within one year of appointment. Individuals that attended at a full-time fire academy for Firefighter II certification is highly desirable. Applicants will be screened and the top 6 +/- applicants will continue and participate in an assessment and interview process. The department currently has one immediate vacancy and a second, due to retirement, in six months.
