Seeking an experienced and skilled individual to perform maintenance and repairs at our 74-unit Apartment Community in Santa Rosa. Weekdays M-F for 20 hours per week. We require an honest and dependable individual with the following experience: Experienced in: - Plumbing - Drywall - Painting - General repairs - Light electrical - Pool maintenance - Grounds keeping MUST have: - Own tools - Vehicle (truck preferred for occasional hauling) - Good local references - Pass a Civil and Criminal Background check * On-call after hours and on weekends for occasional emergencies on a rotating basis Please REPLY to this posting by email with a cover letter and resume.
