WAREHAM, MA — Police are investigating after a man was found dead at a Wareham motel during a wellness check Wednesday morning. The 31-year-old man, who hasn't been identified, was found in a room at the Village Motel, located at 2739 Cranberry Highway, Boston 25 News reported. He was pronounced dead at the scene, NBC Boston said. NBC Boston reported that aerial footage showed a heavy police presence at the motel, with police going into and out of a room. Sources told Steve Cooper of 7 News Boston that there were "signs of violent struggle inside the room" he tweeted. No further information is available at this time. This is a breaking news story.
