Demystifying Mushroom Cultivation These beautiful life forms have been around since the beginning of time. We know very little about this kingdom of living organisms. In recent years science has discovered that fungus plays a major role in the health of our ecosystems.  In this beginning class, we will be discussing fun and fantastic fungal facts. We will also be exploring multiple methods of mushroom propagation, and participants will use a mushroom growing kit to plant oyster mushrooms. We will discuss proper cultural care of your mushroom kit and how to multiply the mushrooms in the future. Oyster mushrooms are beautiful, easy to cook, delicious and are highly nutritious.
