ULG Skilled Trades is seeking General Laborers - Metal Construction / Carpenter / Concrete Laborers for FULL TIME work. We have immediate openings on projects in various locations throughout Wisconsin. JOB DETAILS: $20 - $26 / Hour FULL TIME – Days (40 Hours with OT potential) Starts: ASAP with potential to be hired permanently Job site locations vary DUTIES: All jobs will include job site preparations, setting up materials, laying things out, measurements, willingness to work in the elements and/or at heights, wearing all required job site PPE and following directions or instructions. Metal building consists of installing sheet metal panels and plates on the sides and rooves of buildings at commercial job sites. Must carry and demonstrate proficiency with basic hand tools, be able to follow directions or read work instructions, and follow all site PPE and safety requirements. Concrete labor will require positioning of materials, assisting with pours or finishing and some general site labor. Must carry and demonstrate proficiency with basic hand tools, be able to follow directions or read work instructions, and follow all site PPE and safety requirements. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1 year experience in some form of mechanical, labor, construction, concrete or building job Willingness to work outdoors and/or at heights Demonstrated proficiency with basic hand tools Standard construction PPE must be worn on all jobsites (hard hat, hi-vis, gloves, eye protection, steel toed boots. Lanyard/harness or concrete boots as applicable).
