Mequon, WI based multi-family property management company has an opening for a full time Supervisor of Maintenance position. This is a hands-on position and will require overall maintenance needs for all properties. -Must have good organizational skills -Must have good communication skills -Must have strong skills in plumbing, drywall, and general repairs -Must have tools and reliable vehicle with valid drivers license and good driving record *Must live on site *ONLY Covid vaccinated or willingness please.
