Years ago, before the advent of the internet and so on, I answered a call for postcards between two people. I submitted several that I had sent and received over a year or so ( my friend gave them back to me) while my friend traveled. Mine were selected and shown with audio and an installation was created….anyway, flash-forward a good thirty or so years and I still have lots of postcards, but also a history of letters back to the 1970’s….I’ve come to the point where they probably won’t be needed as biographical references and one of the contributors suggests I burn them, especially hers ( she’s all about purification) and I would love to do that but current circumstances might not allow, so I am thinking of recycling them, but just curious if they would be of use to anyone. I’ve probably got 4-5 boxes of them.
