Pedestrian Killed On Westbound ICC, Driver Didn't Stop

ROCKVILLE, MD — A man was killed when a car hit him on the westbound Intercounty Connector (ICC)/MD 200 just before Georgia Ave. around 3:20 a.m. Tuesday. Officers say the driver didn't stop and fled from the scene. Police announced Wednesday morning that the driver and vehicle had been found. The MDTA Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is still investigating the crash, and the victim's identity will be released when his family is properly notified.
